Abstract: An tuning software system is proposed for the automatic investigating and solving of linear algebraic systems with approximately given input data on hybrid computer, also able to adaptively adjust algorithm, program and configuration of the computer’s the hybrid system basing on the properties of a computer model of the problem for its effective solutions with the assessment of the reliability of the results. However, users are freed from the problems associated with complex programming on hybrid systems.
