Abstract: This article provides an overview of the main methods of forecasting, such as statistical methods, the method of evolutionary programming, decision trees, genetic algorithms, methods of technical and fundamental analysis. The feasibility of applying these techniques to predict short-term the movement of stock prices in the stock market. The possibility of using neural networks to predict.
