Abstract: For the metrology providing of aerophare devices of control of substitution a method an exemplary generator is developed OHF-range with the thermal source of electromagnetic noise, having a low temperature of working body. The error of forming of power of standard noise is expected, dependences of vikhodnoy power are built on the values of regulation of temperature of generator and error of forming of vikhodnoy power of generator on the concerted external loading.
