Abstract: The author suggests the method of impact assessment of cognitive and external factors on relevant decision-making by operation-dispatch personnel in multilevel ergatic systems with branched hierarchic structure, working in critical situations. The application of this method allows to control and influence in realtime on the state of the decision-maker in critical situations, at each hierarchic operational level, so that to increase the effectiveness of ergatic systems work.
