Abstract: Difference of real education process from existing models that takes into account exponential knowledge level growth is shown. Knowledge, abilities and skills mastering process is shown as stochastic one. Stochastic tuition index is presented as result of knowledge mastering. Three components of tuition index are separated for four aviation operators working modes. Changes dynamics of constant personal operator features was analyzed and conclusions on difference related to different operator working modes were made.
