Abstract: In the article, possible decisions of problems, which often arise up in the process of business-planning both from the side of specialists and heads of companies, are examined. Introduction of procession and imitation models, which help to forecast and systematize the work of an enterprise, to facilitate management and control, to optimize resources, is offered.
