Abstract: This article discusses one of the pressing problems, which is namely improving the organization of the delivery orders by automated planning and management of transport routes. Evolutionary algorithm based on dynamic analysis model, which allows taking into account changes in road traffic conditions and characteristics of the delivery orders at the forecast performance of transport routes, is proposed. This algorithm will improve the planning of transport routes significantly.
