Abstract: The object of study is the finger-sign language used for communication by people with hearing impairments. The study is devoted to the development and implementation of algorithms for recognizing finger-sign language. This paper considers the application of methods for analysis of connected regions, and the use of angular parameters for identifying elements of finger-sign language.
