Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to construct a mathematical model for process of pathological formation growth. Existing models of cell populations growth are analyzed and it is proposed to consider the growth of paraplasms with the help of Richards dynamic model. Its solution allows observing the ways, which make ill- defined cell diffused, saving contiguous cells.
