Abstract: In the paper, the problem of determination of accommodation cost adequacy in apartment houses to its safety features is examined. To determine the priority of factors, which influence on safety of accommodation and which are the arguments for corresponding objective function, it is suggested to use an expert evaluation, elements of the hierarchy analysis method and the fuzzy sets theory. The features of individual and group evaluation are determined.
