Abstract: In this paper the problem of clarification for concentration of chemically hazardous substances is examined in a post-accident period. The method of post-prognostication of concentration of such substances in space and time is offered, and also adjustments of values of initial parameters of accident on the basis of the neural nets use as models of unknown dependences. Advantages for special type neural network application and worked out method are shown and reasonable.
