Abstract: The new conceptual approach for defining the maximum possible parameters of response speed, memory and speed of transmitting information for the artificial intelligent systems is substantiated in the paper. It is shown that they are connected to the sizes of elementary particles and other parameters of the Plank’s level. The real existence and quantitative evaluation of these values are substantiated.
