Abstract: In the article, the provisions necessary for development of the prediction method with use parallel hierarchical (PH) network is considered. This method exploits the idea of smoothing of empirical data on the hyperbole. The mathematical models for prediction series of dynamic images as well as software and technical implementation for prediction of position of moving objects by the example of energy centers of spots images of laser beams is developed.
