Abstract: The article is devoted to the structural and functional organization of linguistic processor. Unlike many development of the analyzers, which are based on the ground of classical linguistics, the given publication focuses on the systematic organization of the language proposed by the authors towards the integration of modern advances in neurophysiology, psychology, cybernetics, philosophy, and, of course, linguistics in research of speech activity. This allowed to come from the system position to the consideration of such complex issue as the functioning and organization of linguistic processor.
