Abstract: In article, the system of optimization of transport streams of the city on the basis of the mobile assistant to the driver in a choice of strategy of driving is offered. The system in a real mode of time on the basis of the intersections given about the work recommends movement parameters to the driver. When using system by the majority of drivers possibly achievement of effect of self-organizing of transport system and transition to a mode “a green wave” in all directions of movement.
