Abstract: In the paper, new model of object with orientation of its components to the set of deterministic, probabilistic and fuzzy processes in GIS is given and proved. The choice of important features as a solution to select multiple criteria from a set of subject is proposed. New approach to evaluation of effectiveness of processes in management of subject area is defined. Applied aspects of the investigation of the effectiveness of intelligent technologies are defined and future development is shown.
