Abstract: In the work, the method for project management with use of trapezoidal fuzzy numbers to evaluate the duration of the work is considered. The investigation of a typical project structure and formalization of its characteristics is made; the method for fuzzy critical path based on the fuzzy interval estimates for the control periods of performance is developed.
