Abstract: In the article, various models of knowledge bases for the functional system realized in system “KARKAS” are considered, i.e. model of the knowledge base for definition of risk of occurrence of an ischemic heart trouble, model of the knowledge base for competence definition on computer science and model of indignation of rules of the knowledge base.
