Abstract: In the article the developed new integral transformation found the temperature field empty piecewise homogeneous circular cylinder towards the polar radius that rotates at a constant angular velocity axis OZ, taking into account the finite speed of propagation of heat in the form of convergent orthogonal series in Bessel functions and Fourier 'is.
