Abstract: The article analyzes the structure and characteristics of the developed module remote control properties with the turbocharged engine. This module is designed for continuous remote monitoring of engine speed and turbocharger rotor speed, as well as integrated control the residual vibration of the rotor unbalance and unbalance of cylinder engine capacity. The principle of operation of the module is based on the analysis of the spectral characteristics of vibro- acoustic signal of the combined engine. The module is implemented by the FFT procedure and numerically the problem of eliminating the effect of “leakage” resulting from the discrete Fourier transform is solved.
