Abstract: In the article, the key points of the general theory of artificial intelligence are described: the doctrine of neural cells and neural-like growing networks multidimensional, temporary and long-term memory; the doctrine of the functional organization of the “brain” for the systems with artificial intelligence; the theory of the sensory system; the theory of the modulation system; the theory of the motor system, the theory of the conditional and unconditional reflex and reflex arc; the doctrine of motivation; the doctrine of goal directed behavior, the theories of “thinking”, “consciousness”, “subconscious” and artificial personality.
