Images’ Identification Based on Method of Elements Comparison

Abstract: The paper is describes a method of «element comparisons», which is used to identification images for their unique features. The method is to allocate a set of binary keys and their comparison with the relevant keys with etalon images. The method can be used for various applications, such as recognition of graphic symbols, the iris of the eye, and others. The advantages of this method are simplicity of circuit realization, increased speed and accuracy of identification. The are results for the method of element comparisons for fingerprint recognition to prove its efficiency and effectiveness.
