Abstract: The problems of interrelation of the experimental design theory and the dimension and similarity theory in intelligence systems of design study of marine ships are discussed. The special attention addresses to solving the problem of planning experiment at modelling dynamic situations within the limits of competition principle in the conditions of uncertainty and incompleteness of the initial information.
