Abstract: The method for constructing mathematical model for dependence of number of students on the price of certain specialty of university and its ranking is proposed in the paper. When modeling piecewise linear splines are used. To determine the influence of these factors in the model, the dependence of the partial elasticities of studying factors using global interpolation formulas is found.
