Abstract: In the article, the generalized structure of decision on the implementer selection for the designed information technology systems is considered. This takes into account the parameters of the original signal, given processing algorithm, the requirements for speed, information and energy characteristics of the ITS. Normalized form factors, which are combined into a generalized criterion function, are made. The core target of selection is the functional, which significance provides solutions.
