Abstract: In the article, generality of principles of construction and circuitry of contactless tachometrs of direct current on synchronous tachogenerators and converters of movings on the raster sine-cosine converters is proved. This generality is based on the decision in the course of measuring transformation of the goniometric phase shifter equation by means of continuous or discrete development. The technique of the analysis and synthesis of the analogue and digital-to-analogue generalized block-modular structures of tachometres on raster sine-cosine converters is resulted.
