Abstract: The article describes the method for study of electrostimulation signals under conditions of search for the optimal signal parameters based on the impedance characteristics of biological tissues. The experimental investigation describes the parameters and characteristics of the stimulating signal and biological tissues. By data obtained, the amplitude and phase frequency characteristics of biological tissue are constructed; optimal frequency of the stimulus signal and established association between optimal stimulus frequency and the minimum/ maximum phase frequency characteristic of biological tissue are determined.
