Abstract: The problem of risk assessment of information security in cloud computing and in other complex systems is considered. The rational choice model of architecture for fuzzy inference system (FIS) based on multicriteria decision is first proposed. The model makes possible choose FIS methods for different variants on the basis of statistical data and to choose the optimal structure for FIS.
