Abstract: In the paper, the methods and tools for simulation of peristaltic processes in biological objects are considered. Formulation of the problem is represented by a system consisting of the Navier-Stokes and of continuity equations. To solve the problem, the locally asynchronous method is proposed to use. This method is aimed at solving equations of mathematical physics at cellular neural networks.
