Abstract: The article deals with the axiomatic relations between effectiveness of the information structures with random connection of sensors and majority logic regarding to their actual reliability. In the long term development of these theoretical and practical positions, you can create a simple, technically reliable, cost-effective, highly informative system with high reliability of controlled data.
