Abstract: The paper considers a software technology which is designed for mass production of applied systems solving pattern recognition problems of a certain class. Authors describe the problem class, which permit incomplete input information and complex knowledge structure of the application domain. Algorithms are suggested. Contents and architecture of the system are described.
