Abstract: In the article possibilities of the building of KV-automates are examined in a logic-temporary environment for the increase of efficiency of eye-processor treatment of information. The basic principles of optoelectronic logic-temporary environments development in a context of neurobiology interpretation for the further application in artificial neural networks is considered. The logic-temporary model of neural element on a basis of kvantrons with an opportunity of use of known advantages functional optoelectronic is offered. Some features of formal neuron – perceptron hardware support are observed also. Researched the problems of connected with a substantiation priority of optoelectronic circuit technique for hardware realization of the pattern computer. Using the conceptual approach and theoretical analysis, the preliminary models and hardware variants of eye-processor structures as base components of the pattern computer are offered.
