Abstract: In clause results of system researches of laws of the automated processing of the information by neural networks of a brain of the person for the period with till centuries are resulted. It is shown qualitative characteristics of evolution of intelligence of the person and a civilization as a whole. It is determined, that civilizations on a planet the Earth exist in a mode of self-oscillations.
