Abstract: Is proved the conclusion that in systems of decision-making with use of fuzzy numbers at which formation the essential volume of statistical data is considered, transition from possibility models of the description and processing of fuzzy numbers to the probabilistic model providing use of fuzzy normally distributed numbers is expedient.
