Abstract: The problem of increase of reliability of the decisions acceptance on a safety operation of the tanker of active ice navigation is discussed. The control and forecast of development of a situation is realized on the basis of the given dynamic measurements within the framework of a competition principle. The modeling of dynamics interaction of a ship with external environment is carried out with use of methods of the classical theory of management, fuzzy and neural network models. The special attention is inverted on ship behavior as multimode dynamic system at intensive ice loadings.
