Abstract: The problem of information models building of the processes turbulent mass transfer contribution in a problem of recognition of superficial pollution in ocean is solved. Used concept of integrated information technology of reconnaissance and neutralization dangerous environmental accidents (EA). Two examples: early and late neutralization spreading oil slick at sea. On the basis of calculations the conclusion about efficiency of acceptance of operative measures on neutralization is done, that allows to reduce the general damage and expenses for neutralization in 4248 times in comparison with «late» neutralization in 10 times (on rate of acceptance of measures) in comparison with optimum strategy.
