Abstract: In the article the algorithm for automating the allocation process of research projects that take part in competition for works funding from the State Budget of Ukraine, among experts based on call proposals features of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine is considered. This algorithm ensures the quality and transparency of competitive selection of the projects. Further, the algorithm can universalized by assigning to projects finite but not limited number of experts.
