Abstract: In this paper are described aspects and elements of estimation process technologies, which attributes are objectivization of subjective conclusions, fullness and velocity of its undertaking. The base elements are offered to consider the axiom of undisplacement and procedure of application domain structurization, which is based on its ontologies. Using the first element allows to realize estimation in condition of the uncertainties, but the second – optimize process estimation itself. The sample of such ontologies using is suggested.
