Abstract: The article reveals the contents of constructing the expert system of commercial enterprise as advisory and analytical capabilities to make more accurate and more effective management decisions. Based expert system laid algorithm for constructing a matrix indicative financial and economic state of commercial enterprise. This uses a set of economic indicators and the method of diagnosis within the optimal corridor, where the basis used by expert calculated the value of these indicators.
