Abstract: For an actual problem of operative detection, identification and recognition of dangerous technological ecological accidents (TEA) principles of virtual designing of TEA-management system, basing on creation and functioning of the specialized information-analytical system intended for performance of problems of recognition of fuzzy images (the basic groups of the dangerous technological ecological accidents (TEA) treated as corresponding clusters in multivariate space of attributes, connected with set of known or expected TEA’s), estimations of scripts of their further development (with imitating modelling), and estimations of the material damage corresponding to each script of development are offered.
