Abstract: General conformities to the law of construction of regressive model of landslide processes, containing a auto regressive constituent are investigational, on the example of the Southern coast of Crimea. A managing factor is added is the done early investment of facilities in anti landslide measures, the network of trust of Bayes is built for the prognosis of total worth of restoration and strengthening slopes works, and also its teaching is conducted.
