Abstract: The concept of Specialized knowledge bank of program transformations is developed in order to solve educational, scientific and practical problems in the field of program transformations according to a new scientific direction “Computer knowledge banks”. The modern point of view on existing program transformation systems is given in this paper. Then we suggest the approach to development of program transformation system within the Specialized knowledge bank of program transformations.
