Abstract: This paper describes system of the associative-semantic contextual natural language text analysis. On the base of semantic platform the applied system of monitoring of text streams and corpuses with the block for qualitative estimation of the linguistic focus objects is developed. The block for qualitative estimation calculates various qualitative characteristics and parameters for focus objects and processes.
