Abstract: In this paper actual directions of representation of the distributed knowledge which are based on the ontologic analysis, use ontologies and thesauruses in modern Internet-technologies are considered. Theoretical positions which use elements mereologic and the ontologic analysis, and also their practical application at creation of definitions of terms of the thesaurus domain are stated.
