Abstract: Quality and complexity of realization of intelligence system for medicine diagnostics depend on medicine knowledge’s structure i.e. on used ontology. The method of evaluation of ontology structure allows early in the Medicine Bank development to make significant evaluations concerned with quality and complexity of its realization. The method allows to reveal incompleteness of domain model, the disagreement between the concept definitions, to predict size of realization of knowledge editors, to get the information that helps to simplify user’s interface, to estimate labor-intensiveness of diagnostics system programming and testing.
