Abstract: The algorithms and criteria basis of the control of a ship seaworthiness in storm conditions are discussed. The basic attention addresses on an estimation rolling and flooding at continuous change of ship dynamics and environment. The control is carried out on the basis of a competition principle. As competing computing technology are considered of the artificial neural network. The testing of algorithms is carried out on the basis of imitating modeling of dynamics interaction of a ship with environment in extreme situations. The estimation of adequacy is made by comparison results of modeling with the data of hydrodynamical tests.
