Abstract: The algorithms of the control of a regime of intelligence system functioning under operating conditions are discussed. The basic attention addresses on an estimation of non-standard and extreme situations with the help of knowledge fuzzy system. The examples of testing of knowledge base of a risk estimation of the accepted decisions are given.
