Abstract: Approaches realized in existent automated operator trainers were analyzed. Theoretical and practical approaches to the construction of this kind of systems were selected. The work scheme of an automated operator trainer was constructed and described in terms of the problem-contingency approach. An example of the use of the problem-contingency approach was viewed.
