Multilevel bundle of objects contours in binary images

Abstract: The article proposes a modified algorithm for parallel scanning and coding of object contours in binary images with the introduction of procedures for their layering by levels. The algorithm will allow you to order black and white objects of images in a hierarchical order and will provide an opportunity to calculate the moments of inertia of objects of various levels, with the inclusion or exclusion of some of them.
