Abstract: The five components of student subject model in High Mathematics for students of industrial and economic specialities has been created. The thematic, functional, operational, semantic and procedural components of the model are decripted. The structure, principles of building the semantic synopsis and a fragment of it in Matrixes Algebra are given.
